"Fixers" are individuals who offer to expedite transactions or facilitate services for a fee. They are NOT authorized by our institution. Do not engage with them. All services are provided directly by our office at no extra cost beyond official fees.

Why Report Fixers?

In compliance with the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA), we are committed to eliminating fixers and corrupt practices. Your report helps us identify and prosecute these individuals, ensuring fair and transparent service delivery for all.

What is a "Fixer"?

  • Someone who approaches you offering to "speed up" or "facilitate" your transaction
  • Claims to have "connections" inside the office to help process documents faster
  • Demands payment or "facilitation fee" in addition to official charges
  • May be operating inside or outside the premises, sometimes posing as staff
